CHAPTER LEADER GUIDE

Everything you need to run a thriving chapter: meeting outlines, playbook integration, engagement strategies, growth tactics, and leadership wisdom.

Welcome to chapter leadership! These are the most important things to set up in your first few weeks. Don't feel like you need to do it all at once. Pace yourself and build momentum.

Week 1: Get Established

  • Complete your chapter profile (add a description and location)
  • Design and submit your chapter sign for approval
  • Recruit your first 3–5 core officers
  • Hold a kickoff meeting to align on mission
  • Log your first chapter action to earn your first points

Week 2–4: Build Your Foundation

  • Invite people to join your chapter and help them log their first action
  • Schedule your first official event
  • Connect with your members in person or over a call
  • Set a chapter goal for your first 90 days
  • Choose your first Play of the Month from the Believer Playbook and practice it at your next meeting

Pro tip: The best chapters log actions consistently, even small ones. Momentum builds on itself. Aim for at least one logged action per week in your first month.

You've got this.

Running a chapter is hard, meaningful work. The people you lead will remember how you made them feel. Keep showing up, keep believing in them, and the rest will follow.
