A Believer School is built on two foundational goals. That's it. Everything else flows from these.
Goal 1: Visible Belief
Belief is built into the environment in meaningful, visible ways. Signs are placed in the right locations across school property so that students and staff encounter them naturally throughout the day.
Goal 2: Active Belief
People actively and personally invest belief in one another. Administration works with the school chapter to plan and weave "Show Me" actions and events into the existing school culture, without adding a ton of extra work.
The Core Principle
The chapter is run by the students (except at the elementary level). Administration's role is to help identify opportunities where belief can be woven into what's already happening: assemblies, sporting events, hallway transitions, orientation days. You're not creating a new program. You're adding a layer of belief to the one you already have.
