THE IMPACT
People are starving for positivity and everywhere I have run, people have rallied around to tell me how in just those few seconds as we passed, their lives changed for the better. The message is simple and powerful and has made a lasting positive impact in my local community, around the country and the world. Many have not only significantly changed their own lives but have joined me in spreading the message.
This picture was taken by a man that decided to get in his car and go and end his life. He pulled over to tell me that seeing me running with this sign was such a powerful experience that he decided that life was worth living. It’s experiences like this that cemented in my soul the profound impact that positive words can have, even with complete strangers.
Since starting this trend back on February 15th, 2022, I have lost count of how many people that have said that seeing me changed their day, week month, year and life. Seeing me helped them decide to work on their marriage, go back to school, serve their neighbors, stick with a challenging situation, feel more welcomed in the community and have enough belief in themselves to make signifigant positive changes in their lives.

After receiving hundreds of texts, posts, comments, home visits, pulled over cars and hugs I knew I had to not only keep on doing this but I needed to spread it as far as possible. I won’t rest until there are people like me in every city across the globe.
